My name is Emyrooss Alonso — but you can call me Emy. I’m a SoCal-based Visual Communication Designer passionate about motion graphics, branding, and illustration.
I’m fueled by a love for storytelling through visuals that connect, uplift, and inspire. My design approach is playful, expressive, and intentional—always aiming to bring a little smile to someone’s face. I strive to create thoughtful, engaging work that leaves a lasting impression and resonates with small communities.
I’m currently studying Visual Communication Design at Cal Poly Pomona and interning for a noble cause that lets me blend creativity with purpose.
When I’m not designing, you can find me indulging in my favorite hobbies—doodling in sketchbooks I’ll never finish, cooking up comfort food (and sometimes chaos), tending to my tiny plant army, or getting lost in story-driven games that spark my imagination. These little rituals keep me inspired, balanced, and creatively charged.
